We unpack the task, constraints and goal. Output: a risk map and a clear sense of scope.

We design the data model, API and infrastructure. Decisions and rationale are written down.

In iterations, with a demo every 1–2 weeks. Tests and review are built into the process.

We ship with monitoring, load testing and a rollback plan. No heroics in production.

Observability, SLA and product evolution. We stay close instead of disappearing after handoff.
