Terms of use

1. General provisions

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between ITKILLER LLC (INN 9725196477, the “Operator”) and the user of the website itkiller.pro (the “Website”). By using the Website, the user confirms they have read and accept the Terms. A user who disagrees should stop using the Website.

2. Subject

The Website is informational and presents information about the Operator, its services and completed projects. Information on the Website, including descriptions of services and prices, is not a public offer (Art. 437 of the Civil Code) unless expressly stated otherwise. Service terms are set out in a separate agreement between the Operator and the client.

3. Intellectual property

All materials on the Website (texts, graphics, design, software code, logo, trademarks) are intellectual property belonging to the Operator or lawfully used by it. Copying, reproduction, distribution or other use without the Operator’s written consent is not permitted, except as expressly allowed by law.

4. Requests via the Website

When submitting a request via a form, the user provides personal data and confirms consent to its processing under the Personal Data Processing Policy. The user warrants that the data is accurate and that they have the right to provide it.

5. Rights and obligations

• The user shall use the Website lawfully and take no action that disrupts the Website or infringes third-party rights.
• The Operator may change the Website’s content and restrict or suspend access for maintenance without prior notice.
• The Operator aims to keep the Website available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

6. Limitation of liability

The Website and its content are provided “as is”. The Operator is not liable for temporary unavailability of the Website or for decisions the user makes based on information on the Website. The Operator’s liability under service agreements is governed by those agreements and Russian law.

7. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes not resolved through negotiation are settled as provided by Russian law at the Operator’s location.

8. Final provisions

The Operator may amend these Terms. A new version takes effect once published on the Website. The Operator’s details are provided in the “Company details” section (itkiller.pro/requisites). The current version of the Terms is available at itkiller.pro/legal/terms.
