Parthold — warehouse, books and payroll in one
Parthold is a warehouse platform where stock, accounting reports and payroll all come from the same data. Usually stock lives in one spreadsheet, the report in another, shifts in a chat, and supplies between warehouses are agreed over messages. We built a system where all four are connected, and a supply between warehouses is filed as a document on both sides at once.

Warehouse accounting, books and people lived in different places. Stock didn't match the report, payroll was manual, the shift calendar ran in chat, and staff records were wherever they landed.
Supplies between warehouses were a separate pain: agreed over messages, so discrepancies surfaced after the goods had shipped and the paperwork failed to match.
Solution
Warehouse layer: receipts, issues and transfers as documents; balances are recomputed from movements rather than edited by hand. The accounting report is built on the same data, so stock and books have nothing to diverge from.
People: staff records, a shift calendar and payroll based on hours actually worked. Who worked, how much and for what amount — all in one place, with no cross-checking against someone else's spreadsheet.
Inter-warehouse exchange: a supply is a two-sided document. Sender and receiver see the same operation and balances move in step, instead of two independent edits.
Outcome
Stock, reporting and payroll come from one source of truth — there is nothing left to reconcile.
Supplies between warehouses and users happen inside the system: both sides see status and documents, and chat stops being part of the bookkeeping.
